Apamea Myrlea or Apamea in Bithynia was an ancient city and bishopric on the Sea of Marmara. Its ruins are located south of Mudanya, Bursa Province in the Marmara Region of Asian Turkey. The city was founded as a colony of the Colophonians in 1st millennium BC.
