Zawiya of Sidi Abd el-Aziz
Zawiya of Sidi Abd el-Aziz is an Islamic zawiya (religious complex) located in Marrakesh, Morocco. It houses the tomb of the Muslim scholar and Sufi leader Abdelaziz al-Tebaa who was the most important disciple of the Sufi master al-Jazuli. The Zawiya was founded during the Saadians rule in the 16th century AD and was completely rebuilt in the 18h century during the reign of the Alaouite Sultan Mohammed ben Abdallah (Mohammed III).
