Majdal Anjar
Majdal Anjar is a village of Beqaa Governorate, Lebanon. The site has a great significance in the old history since it is located at the entrance of the city of Damascus. The site includes a Heavy Neolithic assemblage of the Qaraoun culture located in Tell Majdal Anjar, in addition to a Roman era temple dating back to the 2nd century AD.
