Kuşkayası Monument is a roadside monument located just outside the town of Amasra in Bartın Province, Turkey. It was built by Bithynia et Pontus Governor Gaius Julius Aquila in honor of Roman Emperor Tiberius Claudius Germanicus (41–54 AD).
