Jabal Bura
Jabal Bura is a granite mountain located in the Tihama foothills east of Bajil, Yemen. The area is under consideration for inscription in UNESCO list of sites that have an outstanding universal value. The western side of the mountain is characterized by its vegetation cover that consists of dense tropical plants, while there are many small villages and planted terraces on the eastern side. The mountain was therefore included as a mixed (natural and cultural) site on the Tentative List of World Heritage.
