Forty Saints Monastery is a ruined monastery located in the city of Sarandë in Vlorë County, southern Albania. It was built in the 6th century AD during the reign of Byzantine Emperor Justinian I. The monastery became later the most important pilgrimage site in the Ionian Sea region.
