Eski Imaret Mosque is a historical mosque located in Istanbul, Turkey. It was known as Monastery of Christ Pantepoptes in the Byzantine times (It was built in 1087 AD during the reign of the Byzantine emperor Alexios I Komnenos). The building was an old Orthodox church converted into a mosque in 1453 AD after the Ottoman conquest of Istanbul.
