    Deir Istiya is a Palestinian town located in the northern West Bank. In the 12th and 13th centuries, during the Crusader era, Deir Istiya was inhabited by Muslims. The town contains many buildings dating back to the Islamic periods.
    The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, Throne Villages.
