    Avnik Castle is a ruined castle located in Erzurum Province, Turkey. It was originally built during the time of the kingdom of Urartu in the 1st millennium BC. The castle was rebuilt by Öljaitü, king of Ilkhanid dynasty in the 14th century AD.
