Bat necropolis is a prehistoric site near Ibri in Ad Dhahirah Governorate. The necropolis consists of several beehive tombs and domes that were part of the prehistoric settlement of Bat that dates back to the 3rd millennium BC. Bat was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988, as part of Archaeological Sites of Bat, Al-Khutm and Al-Ayn.
