    Belezma National Park is a natural park located in the Aures mountain range in eastern Algeria. The diverse vegetation in the region reflects the rare climatic variations of its kind in Algeria, where we see beautiful oak and cedar trees on the northern slopes, while the southern slope includes forests of Aleppo pine and Phoenician juniper, as well as palm groves at the bottom of the valleys.
    The area is distinguished by its ancient human history, as it includes many historical villages and settlements whose inhabitants interacted with the mountainous environment and adapted to it to the utmost.
    Belezma National Park is included in the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves (WNBR).
